ABOUT ME

Kyle J. Brownell
Kyle Brownell has over 8 years of real estate construction/development accounting experience. Prior to starting ConstructionCents Consulting, Kyle worked at Cove Capital Investments, CIM Group LP, and Bruce Tanski Construction & Development.
Throughout his career, he managed accounting teams handling over 100 construction/development projects at different stages, each having unique requirements for accounting and financial reporting. Kyle personally handled the accounting needs for multifamily, hospitality, mixed-use, retail, solar-farm, data centers, and joint ventures.
Kyle received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Siena College in Loudonville, New York, and his MBA in Finance and a second Master’s degree in Law/Wealth Management from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
